Shipping is free for any orders with a minimum of 12 customized pieces.

2. What is your turnaround time?

All orders are shipped in 10 business days from the time you approve the artwork.. Rush orders are available.

3. Is there an extra charge for rush orders?

Orders shipped in 5 business days will incur 30% surcharge and orders shipped in 3 business days will incur 50% surcharge.

4. Do you do embroidery?

Yes, we have a sister company Ad-A-Stitch for embroidery. The website is adastitch.com You can design your shirt for embroidery in the same way as you can do for screen printing at Ad-A-print.com. Please don't hesitate to visit the website for our embroidery company adastitch.com

5. Do I receive confirmation for my order?

Yes, once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email.

6. Is there any difference between my design on the web and the final look of the shirt?

There should not be any difference. If we have any questions about your design or the colors, the artwork department will contact you via email for clarification.
